Maybe you’ve marched, but are unsure of what to do next. Or maybe you just keep hearing the phrase ‘Do The Work’, but are unclear what that even means. Whatever your starting point, Virtual Coaching for Community is looking for the do-ers of the world, inspired to make real racial change, starting within their own communities.

This 6 week small group Zoom training, limited to five per session, will help participants gain an understanding of how implicit bias plays a role in race relations and racial injustice, as well as address their own. Ninety minute class sessions will help participants gain an understanding of the target areas they can pursue to combat racism and oppression, then uncover personal passions to insure long-term success. At the end of the month long sessions, participants will have a completed action plan to help guide anti-racism efforts in their own lives.
